Product Exchange
During the warranty period, if it is determined that a unit requires replacement, the original unit must be received back at the TrailFlame.store facility prior to shipment of the new unit.
If you would like to expedite this process, a new unit can be shipped immediately upon full payment. Upon receipt of the original unit within 30 calendar days, a refund or store credit will be processed accordingly. All shipping costs for returns and replacements are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If a product was ordered incorrectly, it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to return the product for exchange. Please note that exchanges are not accepted on damaged products.
TrailFlame.store reserves the right to inspect defective products before processing any exchange. If repairs are recommended that are not covered under warranty, you will receive an estimate. You will have 30 days to accept the repair and make payment, or the unit will be shipped back to you if applicable.
Returns, Refunds, and Store Credit
All returns must be pre-authorized by TrailFlame.store and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Returns are accepted on most orders but not all. All returns are subject to a Production and Processing Fee and a Restocking Fee:
25% on unused products
50% on used products
No returns on damaged products
Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of the original ship date.
Upon approval, merchandise must be sent freight prepaid and insured to a TrailFlame.store specified facility.
TrailFlame.store is not liable for any taxes, duties, or shipping fees related to domestic or international shipments.
In-stock orders canceled prior to shipping are subject to the Production and Processing Fee and a 25% custom order handling fee. Special orders incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No returns or refunds are accepted on custom builds, special orders, layaway, deposits/down payments, financed orders, electronics, fluids/oils, paint, custom parts, adapters, installation services, core fees, labor, or shipping charges.
Refunds for returns are issued as Store Credit only, and are available exclusively to the original purchaser.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued after 30 days from shipment.
